Our Process
We are committed to the idea that the process of finding a new position should be a positive experience with as little stress as possible .Resumes are only submitted with the candidate's prior consent and all submissions are always confidential. We make a point of listening to the needs of the applicant and client and do not deviate as their time and privacy is an important matter to us. We prepare the candidate with information about the firm or company including anyone they will meet on the interview. Transcripts and writing samples may be required by some of our clients. The candidate will be updated as to the status of every position for which he or she has been submitted. When an offer is extended, we are there to ensure that the negotiation process goes smoothly.
We are presently in the process of developing an outplacement division. That part of our business will help in assisting displaced attorneys. We will counsel and coach candidates as well as educate them to the market.
