Andrea Kolstein, principal and founder of Andrea Kolstein Associates, has been a legal placement consultant since 1978. Fifteen years prior to establishing her own company she headed the litigation department of a national attorney placement firm which was one of the pioneers of the industry.

Maintaining long established relationships with a diverse clientele is based upon our personal involvement and integrity with each search. The firm is well regarded for their interpersonal communication skills and attention to details. All placement consultants are personally involved in each search and have successfully completed partner searches, placement of in-house counsel as well as group and associate searches. Straightforward and honest insight is provided on a consistent basis to our clients as we well understand the needs of both the candidate and the employer.
